EVENT PLANNING
Zach has experience planning events working directly with clients, and also managing a team of workers. Whether an event is a direct request from a client or a strategic tactic recommended in his Integrated Marketing plan for the company, Zach will ensure that all aspects of the event are planned in advance and successfully carried out to meet client needs. Typically event planning will consist of:
- First, specifying the goals of the event and how it relates to the company.
- Addressing the limitations of the event such as budgeting and time-of-year concerns.
- Providing client with a range of venue options and selecting the appropriate space that meets client needs.
- Working with external teams such as set-up, audio, and food, to design the program according to event goals.
- Provide a consistent image at the event that aligns with marketing communications.
- Confirm every level of event before the event.
- Manage and staffing the event.
- Providing metrics as a way to analyze the event and distinguish performance from past or future events.
